Keith Famie's Cooking Adventures
I am often asked what I did before I started producing our human-interest style documentaries.
After my time on Survivor: The Australian Outback, I was fortunate to have signed on with Food
Network to produce a thirty-two episode series that took us all over the world. My company,
Visionalist Entertainment Productions, produced the series. Our team was made up of Producer Jeff
Fish, Associate Producers Matt Prested and Vanessa Poma, Video Photographers Kevin Hewitt and
Bob Berg, Sound Engineer Roger Smith, Writer Chris Kassel, and Still Photographer Joe Vaughn.
During production, we also produced a cookbook titled “You Really Haven’t Been There until You’ve
Eaten the Food”.
This is our current collection of twenty-four 26-minute episodes.
We hope if your time allows, you will choose to take a step back in time with us as we travel the world
of various cultures and cooking styles.
I, of course, had a wonderful time producing this series, not to mention the people I filmed with –
many of whom have become lifelong friends.
